Andy Lovell

Welsh-born Alan Lovell has been the lead guitarist and singer with The Swinging Blue Jeans since the 1980s. He also leads the 60s AllStars band made up of members of other well known professional bands from that period. Alan is a professional musician and has toured and recorded over the years with many famous acts including Marty Wilde, PJ Proby, Denny Laine, and The New Vaudeville Band. We welcome him for his first performance at our club. (Alan will play 2 x 60 min sets with recorded music inbetween). Our 4th Saturdays are now being used to showcase different music styles, solo performers and - occasionally - other forms of entertainment (we welcome requests and suggestions from social club members).
