AGM

The Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday May 16th at 8.00pm. Please try to attend; we need a quorum of 40 members. The main purpose of the AGM is to consider the Accounts for the last financial year and appoint the President, other officials, and the club management committee.

If you wish the AGM to consider a proposal about the future operations of the club. Please submit this to the Secretary in writing (with proposer and seconder) by

6th May 2024.

From the 1st April we are inviting nominations from eligible club members to serve on the club management committee.  Forms are available from the behind the bar.

The closing date for nominations is

19th April 2024.
